Fillscan is a fill-level recording tool for vending route drivers and micro-market QA managers. This page describes what information is collected, how it is used, and what rights apply.

No legal entity has been registered yet. The operator of this service has not yet established a registered company, a legal jurisdiction, or a physical address for correspondence. This document describes the data practices of the service as operated — it does not yet represent a binding legal agreement with a registered entity. Once a legal entity is established, this document will be updated to name the entity responsible.

What we collect

Nothing. The manual checklist runs entirely in your browser.

• This site does not set cookies, place trackers, or log IP addresses.
• There is no account system, no login, and no persistent user identifier.
• The manual checklist operates entirely in your browser. No data from the checklist is sent to any server.

Third-party services

This site uses self-hosted fonts (Source Sans 3 and IBM Plex Mono). No external font services are contacted when you visit. Font files are served from the same origin as the rest of the site.

Data retention

No user data is retained server-side:

• Manual checklist data: Never transmitted. Stored in your browser's memory only. Closing the tab erases it.
• Server logs: The Cloudflare Worker runtime may produce ephemeral logs that include request metadata (timing, status code) but not user input. These logs are not accessible to the operator and are not queryable.

Your rights

Because no personal data is collected or stored, there is no personal data to access, correct, delete, or export. If you have questions about data handling, contact the operator.

Changes to this policy

If the data practices of this service change — for example, if an account system or persistent storage is added — this document will be updated with a new date. The current practices are as described above.
