Terms of Service
Last updated: September 6, 2026
No legal entity has been registered yet. The operator of this service has not established a registered company, a legal jurisdiction, or a physical address for correspondence. This document describes the expected relationship between the user and the service as currently operated. It is not yet a binding legal agreement with a named entity. Once a legal entity is established, this document will be updated to name the entity, its jurisdiction, and its contact address.
By using Fillscan, you accept these terms as described. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What this service is
Fillscan is a manual fill-level recording tool for vending route drivers and micro-market QA managers. It works like this:
- You look at each column or shelf section and record what you see (full, low, empty, or could not determine).
- No data is transmitted to any server. The checklist works entirely in your browser.
What this service does NOT do
- It does not integrate with any vending management system, telemetry provider, inventory system, or POS.
- It does not send email, notifications, alerts, digests, or scheduled reports. No email sender exists for this product.
- It does not maintain accounts, logins, or persistent user identity.
- It does not retain route history or saved data between sessions.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Fillscan for its intended purpose: recording fill levels of vending machines and shelves. You agree not to misuse the service through excessive requests or probing for vulnerabilities.
Availability
This service is provided on a best-effort basis with no guaranteed uptime. It may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. The operator is not liable for any loss arising from the use or unavailability of the service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding this service. In no event shall the operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost inventory, stockouts, or missed restock opportunities — arising from the use or inability to use Fillscan.
Governing law
No governing law or jurisdiction is specified here because no legal entity has been registered yet. This section will be updated once a jurisdiction is established.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of Fillscan after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page indicates when it was last updated.
Contact
No contact address or email is available yet — no mailbox exists on any domain operated by this fleet. A contact method will be added once the operator establishes one. Until then, please direct inquiries through whatever channel the operator has made available.
